Print the Calendar

To print the calendar, use the native printing functionality of your web browser, accessible using CTRL + P or Cmd + P.

For optimal display, we recommend printing with Google Chrome using the following settings: :

• Page Orientation: Portrait or Landscape
• Paper Size: A4
• Margins: Default
• Options :
  • Simplify Page: Unchecked
  • Headers and Footers: Unchecked
  • Background Graphics: Checked

Printable versions of the calendar are available in PNG and PDF formats in the "Custom Calendar > Printable Versions" section for the calendar years 2025, 2026, 2027.

Custom Calendar

To start the calendar on a specific month, fill in the "Custom Calendar" section with the starting year or month in the format YYYY or MMYYYY.

Entering 042025 will generate a 12-month calendar starting in avril 2025 and ending in mars 2026.

Count Days

Click or start a selection on day numbers to calculate the number of days (and working days) for a specific period. Selected days will be highlighted, and this selection can be printed.

Moon Phase Details

To display the exact time of moon phases, hover over the moon phase icon.

Holidays

The holidays shown on the calendar correspond to the legal holidays designated below by the Office of Human Resources Management Human Resources Management:

1. New Year’s Day January 1;
2. Martin Luther King’s Birthday 3rd Monday in January;
3. Washington’s Birthday 3rd Monday in February;
4. Memorial Day last Monday in May;
5. Juneteenth National Independence Day June 19;
6. Independence Day July 4;
7. Labor Day 1st Monday in September;
8. Columbus Day 2nd Monday in October;
9. Veterans’ Day November 11;
10. Thanksgiving Day 4th Thursday in November;
11. Christmas Day December 25.
